NanoFoamer PRO

INTRODUCING THE NEW NANOFOAMER PRO

At Subminimal, we think you deserve cafe-quality premium microfoam whenever the mood takes you. With NanoFoamer PRO, we’re saying goodbye to the need for expensive, high-maintenance equipment and specialized skills.

A premium cafe-quality cappuccino is now within reach regardless of how you prepare your espresso: handheld, lever, pod machine, automatic, Aeropress, mocha pot, or whichever espresso maker you love. The only talent you need to hone is your latte art pouring technique.

Speed up your workflow by synchronizing your milk heating and foaming alongside your espresso preparation so both are ready simultaneously. This ensures your espresso crema is still intact when your microfoam is ready.

You might even want to pour latte art just for the sheer fun of it! Don’t worry. We won’t judge … in fact, we do it ourselves!

The best we have tried so far. Beautiful microfoam with the blue flow controller.

Foams quite nice and smoothly with either the blue or green flow controller.

Foams easily with the blue flow controller, but soy milks are known to curdle a bit when they come in contact with the acidity of the espresso.

    Nanofoamer for the WIN!

I was contemplating buying a dual boiler machine but after 3 weeks of using this nanofoamer I am extremely satisfied with the quality of milk texture. No longer have the feeling of getting a new machine. The compromises are you have to clean after each use and you can’t make large latte drinks. Although I do wish it would heat the milk a bit more, I have to say the temperature is just right for enjoying my drinks. If you have a flair 58 or any other non steaming machine, this is the one and done for high end quality drinks. Thanks.

    Amazing product, and amazing support

Early backer here. My first Nanofoamer was completely broken: Not only heating and foaming were inconsistent, but it was really hard to turn on as the touch button was mostly unresponsive. I'd have to try over and over again, sitting and lifting the Nanofoamer from the base. Plus, there were two instances where it turned on on itself. After some back and forth with the support team (sent a video showcasing the issues as well), they sent me a replacement jug. The difference is ridiculous. This new jug obviously turns on properly, and heats up milk perfectly. Plus (and most importantly), the milk texture it produces is simply amazing. Tried program 2 with ~150ml and ~220ml of milk a few times. Always got consistent 10/10 results. I will eventually try the rest of the programs, but for now I can say that this product produces textured milk almost at the level of my local barista (and he used to compete in barista championships).

The reason I'm giving 5 stars even when my first jug was completely unusable is because I don't think it's fair to blame Subminimal for any issues with shipping or production after how they handled my issue. They had their issues, yes, but the support team worked really fast to solve my problem, and I got this perfectly working new jug (delivering on all they promised) a few days after they sent it.

    Happy not so happy

Ordered mine back in the kickstarter days. And using it now for a good while now

Good things great texture, and always that silky taste

    Bad thighs

sometimes I do have air bubbles a lot of them I don’t no why the process is every time exactly the same.

My biggest issue is when i make 2 in a row. Same settings same milk one gets a thick layer of foam and the second one sometimes almost have of it. And once in a while I make 3 or 4 in a row it gets even more thinner.

So unfortunately I am using my classic nano foamer more then the pro especially when I have to make multiple drinks

These 4 pictures are two different moments both two coffees in a row

    Really good foamer

It makes really nice foam, and it's fun to play around with settings and flow control.

The only issue is that you have to skrew the foamer (wand) a little loose for it to work and the spinning of the machine will often screw tight again. It's a bit annoying for such an expensive machine.

    When it works, it’s great

A great little device that produces wonderful silky milky… when it works. It’s about 50/50 if the vortex works when it goes into the high speed mode to get air into the milk. It’ll always turn on and going into the low speed mode while the milk warms up, but when the display goes to the high waves and the motor/magnets get louder, half the time the vortex just completely stops. I have to restart it multiple times before it finally works during the high speed vortex phase. Luckily the foamer senses the milk is already warm and quickly gets to the high speed phase so I can at least do that part quickly.
