Upon receipt I was completely disappointed for a high end expensive milk foamer. This product did not work at all. I reached out for assistance and the results were still the same. After several attempts, myself alone and with their suggestions, they wanted me to keep fooling with the machine but really there are so few working parts and how many adjustments can be made?
It never created a vortex and the milk temperature barely got beyond Lukewarm.

While we tried our best to troubleshoot via email, we rely heavily on user videos to help us diagnose issues, as the visuals and sound tell us exactly what is happening. Without seeing your process or knowing your exact milk type, we were unfortunately limited in our ability to fix the apparent problem. After decades of disappointing foam in my lattes, I have finally come across the Subminimal Nanofoamer Pro.
The milk is silky, not watery. The froth is creamy, not bubbly.

This is worth it. Convenient. Keep it clean and the milk has barely stuck to it. Rinse it immediately and the milk washes right out when you are finished foaming. It is quieter than I thought it would be and the height adjustment does indeed make a difference.
I only use the black flow controller right now as I don't really use alternative milks, but I will end up giving them a go to see what they do for me.
Subminimal first made life easier with NanoFoamer V2 (Lithium) and now with this.

I’ve been using the first gen nanofoamer for a while now. As I was one of the first few kickstarter backers for the project and loved it.
The gen 2 is even better with the adjustable height adjustments.
Yes it may take a little longer but there is much less milk residue at the base and the foam is as good to make latte art.
